To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Varsitonis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of the cause or the form of the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the territory in which Varsitonis operates. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
